I posted a story to my fiction comm, thekissingtree! It's still in the work in progress phase, but it's far enough in the editing phase to warrant posting. It is under members-lock, though, because I am contemplating submitting it to magazines, but I guess we'll see how that goes.

tumblr: simple space for simple thoughts.

Yes, I think I basically have an ID on every major blogging platform. :| Most of them have faltered from disuse, but I've recently decided to resuscitate my tumblr. No long blog posts there, but there'll be tons of photographs, quotes, and random thoughts that are too long for Twitter but not long enough for a blog!

Vogue, in my opinion, has become an increasingly lackluster magazine recently, with too many celebrity covers and features. What about the models? D: This spread, however, with Sasha Pivovarova (one of my favourite models), I looooove -- maybe it's the cuteness factor, but I really do love everything about it, the clothes, the setting, the mood.




I'm glad BoA's being featured in Nylon because uber-hipster or not, I do like the magazine and it's overall look. Part one of three! I believe she'll be in August and September as well!

fiction comm.

There isn't much up, and I have no idea how my writing is ... but, uh, pimp it??? =w= ...!

We do sometimes wonder what would have become of us if we didn't have music. There were hard times and very difficult [tasks]. At those times, if we didn't make music, we could have wandered without end. In that moment, we could rise up again while doing music. Our attitudes toward music changed a lot then. Music keeps me from breaking, so that I won't be damaged as a human being, I think it helps me find meaning in life.

(This quote alone encompasses why I love Nell as much as I do.)

I'm a bit disappointed that the images in the booklet are the same as the ones in the CD+2DVD version. Maybe I was naive in expecting different images, but, when I first got my CD, I admit I was more than a little peeved. But, oh well, she's still gorgeous, and I love the cover. (:

I still can't believe I purchased two versions of this album ... and I hate it when studios release multiple versions of one album with little different "perks" in each. It just irks me. Especially when it comes to pretty pictures because I know I'm going to buy it. But look! She's just so pretty in this shoot. :D

Scans! Unfortunately ... just of Jae. ^^; I was in a rush in the morning, so I could only get through the Jae images. There are two parts to the magazine -- the magazine itself and this big booklet that's 16.5X11.5 inches with more Jae and Ho (that was ... a pain to scan ... but is oh-so-pretty).
